Welcome to Rajneeti (“the Game”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a free political career simulator available at rajneetips.com. By playing the Game you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may use the Game only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may play as a guest or, optionally, sign in with a Google account to save and sync your progress.
The Game — including its software, text, artwork, characters, design, and all other content we provide — is owned by the creator of Rajneeti and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited licence above, no rights are granted to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Game except as permitted by law.
You are responsible for the content you enter into the Game (such as your character’s name). You must not enter content that is unlawful, infringing, or that impersonates a real person. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and process the content you enter solely to operate the Game and provide it to you.
Rajneeti is currently free to play. There are no purchases, virtual currency, or paid items. If we ever introduce paid features, we will provide separate terms for them before you buy anything.
You are responsible for activity under your account. Game saves are provided as a convenience and may occasionally be reset, migrated, or lost as the Game is updated — please do not rely on the Game for storing anything important.
Some narrative flavour text in the Game is generated automatically. It is fictional and may be inaccurate; it does not represent the views of the Game’s creator or of any real person or organisation.
The Game is offered “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms; the “Last updated” date shows when, and continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Game is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creator of Rajneeti will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Game. Because the Game is free, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us (which is zero) or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the creator of Rajneeti from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Game or your breach of these Terms.
You may stop using the Game at any time and request deletion of your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India for any dispute arising from the Game.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Game. We may assign these Terms in connection with a transfer of the Game; you may not assign them.
